your design process must be:

  2. robust
  3. replicable

Graphic designers no longer call them selves graphic designers:
- creative agencies 
-brand consultants 
-story tellers
-branding agency
-creative studio

Important = skills in creativity, problem solving and innovation
not important = software skills/ technical knowledge
