MESH Posters
The shape of the poster is dependant on the area it will be put up in around Leeds.
This area will relate to one of the posters in the exhibition and the background of the poster will be filled with a pixilated version of this certain poster.
For example a poster in LS6 would be the shape of the LS6 area. The poster behind it is related to the bear pit that used to be in this area. (see image bellow)
Here is a visual of how it would look when it had been posted up. However there was a lot of concern that fly posters are illegal in Leeds and you need to pay to put them up and that some areas would not allow posters to be put up therefore we wouldn't be able to have one for every post code in Leeds.
To get around this we have the idea of creating a concertina type booklet full of individual leaflets/ mini posters which people can pull off and take with them.
