I decided to do some frame illustrations inspired by Kate, these are just simple ideas as to how I could use them in the branding work for Artpass. I thought about how different pieces of text could be featured in separate frames. e.g how the pass is only £5 'A year of art for a fiver' 'student art pass' 'limited numbers' 'the hottest drop of 2018' etc. Thing which would attract students and make them want an art pass. Long pieces of text won't get read, it needs to be quick and straight to the point therefore having small bits of information presented in this way could work really well.
I did a quick drawing to show how this would be presented, the frames would look like pictures hung in a gallery however they wouldn't feature beautiful art work, instead they would have facts about the art pass in hope to persuade students to buy an art pass.
