I came across this one form Easy Life Planners which was a planner for people going on holiday, however I really like it's simple style and how easy it is to use. It provides spaces for people to write in their own information as well as tick boxes for them to fill in.
I thought creating something similar would make a nice memory for people to look back on and remind themselves of galleries they liked and disliked.
I then thought about running a competition: When you have visited 10 galleries/ houses/ museums you get a free poster. You must document this in your gallery planner as proof in order to win a poster.
