I wanted to combine relaxation in with the art pass campaign as their aim is to encourage people to go to a gallery etc to relax.  Therefore I thought of a few different techniques on how people relax and tried to think of a way that I could combine this with an art gallery visit. The main things from the list which could be combined with visiting a gallery were: having a cuppa, eating chocolate, meditating, drawing, colouring, sewing, knitting, writing, listening to music and talk to a friend.

I thought about the creative side of an art gallery and thought encouraging people to be creative whilst in this environment might help them when taking a break from work. I like the idea of colouring in when at a gallery however this would require taking a lot of pencils therefore I thought writing or drawing could be easier and still creative. I thought about creating a little travel journal that comes with your art pass, every place you visit you write about and draw an image of it. This would be a blank booklet and personalised by the owner of it therefore would be provided to every student and would work for their area.
